Writer. Editor. Storyteller. Content Strategist..

A little about me...
I'm a passionate and detail-oriented content strategist, editor and journalist, who has a knack for helping brands tap into the zeitgeist, differentiate themselves in a crowded market, and grow their audience. I can craft best-in-class, sticky content on any platform, whether digital, print, social or audio, and can take just about any idea and mold it into an unforgettable story. I have a particular expertise in reaching Millennial and Gen Z moms and dads, and have a strong background in health journalism. I love to dig into complicated research and make it accessible to any reader.
Most recently, I was the Editor in Chief of Parents Magazine, the largest parenting publication in America. In my first year in the role, I led the brand to two National Magazine Award nominations. An experienced and enthusiastic public speaker, spokesperson, and panel moderator, I regularly appear on national television, radio, and podcasts, and have presented trends, data and insights to dozens of corporations.
Prior to joining Parents, I developed health content and features at a number of other major print and digital outlets, including Health, Real Simple, Good Housekeeping, and Time Out New York Kids.
When I'm not reading, writing, editing or strategizing, you can find me exploring New York City with my husband and two sons.
